Return & Refund Policy
At Ancient Wellness, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we have specific return and refund guidelines for cosmetic and personal care items.
Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 7-day return policy on eligible items. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Because our products are cosmetic and personal-use items, we cannot accept returns or refunds on heavily used or mostly empty products.
Products that have been lightly used and are still at least 95% full may qualify for store credit only.
Eligible Items for Store Credit
To qualify for store credit:
- Item must be returned within 7 days of delivery
- Product must be at least 95% full
- Original packaging should be included when possible
- Customer must contact us before sending any return
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-refundable:
- Used body oils
- Fragrance oils
- Shea butters
- Soaps
- Skincare products
- Opened cosmetic or personal care items
- Clearance or final sale items
- Gift cards
Refunds
Approved eligible returns may receive:
- Store credit
- Replacement product
- Refund for damaged or incorrect items only
We do not issue cash refunds for opened or used cosmetic products unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item and packaging
We will work quickly to resolve the issue.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a damaged item.
