Order Processing Time
Orders placed Monday through Friday are typically processed and fulfilled within 1 business day.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day, beginning Monday.
Shipping Method
All orders are shipped through USPS.
Once your order ships, you will receive a USPS tracking number by email so you can monitor your delivery status.
Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on qualifying orders.
Free shipping promotions apply only to eligible orders within the United States unless otherwise stated.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Ancient Wellness is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect addresses entered by the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered by USPS, Ancient Wellness is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you experience an issue, please contact USPS directly.
